Who Am I
Hi, I'm Vicky Hart MBACP (Accred). As a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist, I believe in using a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.
I initially trained to deliver therapeutic support to survivors of sexual abuse and then expanded my practice to incorporate work with individuals who experienced trauma within emergency services and armed forces environments and those who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD. I first set up my private practice part-time in 2020 whilst working as a therapist in policing, before taking the plunge into working full-time privately in June 2023.
By integrating various therapeutic techniques including EMDR Therapy, DBT & CBT, our sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs, ensuring personalised support for every client.
